A rare 2nd model 1-0 jacket belonging to Capt Frank Vecchiarello (known as Vic). Frank was a 1-3 at Kontum, CCC. These jackets were originally intended for waterproof over the fence jackets but were found to be too noisy in the jungle, they were then used as party jackets and embroidered with nicknames, team names and SOG insignia.
His SOG Starburst engraved brass tankard is also shown along with his WAR medallion.
