This is the new US Army ACH (Advanced Combat Helmet) or MICH (Modular Integrated Communications Helmet) with ACU cover. The ACU cover has IR "Friend or Foe" tabs and a flab at the back for comms equipment. You can also see the Foliage Green Goggle Retention Straps.
