A US Navy issue reversible dive shirt as used by SEAL and UDT teams, the shirt would be turned to the yellow side to demote dive status. As can be seen from the photos below SEALs in Vietnam wore these on missions and the pictures show the 3/4 sleeve and short-sleeve variants.
