This is a rare example of a SOG 1-0 vest, this is named to a SOG veteran and the site will be updated shortly. These were worn by some SOG team members, both US and Indigenous, perhapos most famously by Lynn Black. There is much debate about the source but the details will be revealed in Jason Hardy's next SOG book.
